Accommodating staff, convenient amenities, including free parking and an early check-in option, made our wedding trip seamless as they provided recommendations for local taxi services and protected us from potential noise from a nearby function while allowing us access to the bar/lounge area.
Everything went smoothly.

We stayed in the Executive Double Room for 2 nights. The room was spacious with plenty of storage, and the bathroom was modern and clean. there were some cleanliness issues. we found hairs on the sheets and the shower had some mould. The stairwell also looked quite tired, which was a letdown given the hotel's star rating.

A Relaxing Escape with Exceptional Comfort
We were pleasantly surprised by the peaceful ambiance and spacious room. The view towards Glastonbury Tor was mesmerizing. While breakfast could use a bit more variety, the staff's attentiveness truly stood out. Don’t miss the local dining options nearby. they offer delightful flavors!

the breakfast was lovely and we really enjoyed the country location. lots of local walks for our dog and the village church was beautful. our room was spacious and the bathroom had a fab jacuzzi bath! we even got a room with a great view of glastonbury tor!
the cleaning could be better, we noticed some hairs on the sheets and the shower had some mould. also, we had to wait longer than expected for dinner service.

A smart choice for a date night in Wells with attractive and competitive value for money. The room was spacious with a lovely four-poster bed that added a romantic touch to our stay. Make sure to ask staff for assistance if you need anything. they're quite helpful.

Lovely stay in a charming location
Had a fab time at this hotel! The rooms were spacious with nice little touches like tea and coffee. Breakfast was a feast, but they could've added a couple more hot items since it was £16. Plus, the staff were super friendly, even gave me a cute birthday dessert! Just a bit noisy with a party nearby.

Delightful stay in a beautiful setting
I enjoyed my stay in the Four Poster Room, which was spacious and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring a variety of delicious options cooked to perfection, and the location was perfect for a peaceful getaway with stunning views. the service at the bar could be improved, as there were times when staff seemed overwhelmed and it took a while to get attention.
